Originally on track to becoming an athletic trainer, one day it just clicked that all of the years she spent concocting new meals and taste sensations wasn’t just child’s play. It was a foundation and great practice for what she wanted to be.
Growing up, Morgan was always experimenting with different food combinations, spices, and recipes. She looked at cooking the way someone in the science field looked at experimentation: just one small alteration can change the entire dish.
She learned through trial and error that it takes the right proportions and ingredients to get the most reaction from those who taste her food. And it is those positive reactions that remind Morgan every day that she is doing exactly what her heart desires - and never truly working a day in her life.
